In September 2025, I appeared alongside our News for All Community Facilitators, Rhiannon and Amira, and moderator Cristian Lupsa, at the iMEdD International Journalism Forum in Athens.

It’s very rare that you hear from citizens, our actual audiences, at journalism conferences, so it was important to me that we could start to redress that.

The News for All project has always been about putting marginalised people and communities at the centre of the conversation about what journalism could or should look like.
